LIFESTYLE

Living in Suwanee, you develop a sense that you’re part of something larger – a true community. When you drive downtown, you’ll notice City Hall looks out over Suwanee Town Center, a huge community green space with an amphitheater and the Big Splash interactive fountain for the kids to come cool off. It’s perfect for a picnic or a local show! There’s plenty more of interest in Suwanee – take a look at our previous blog, Enjoy Unbeatable Lifestyle in Suwanee, here.

However, for a day filled with excitement in a community space - George Pierce Park is a great option. This park has cycling and walking trails, sports fields for youth and adult sports, and a community center with lots of amenities. It all links to the massive Suwanee Creek Greenway Trail, which runs for miles throughout the city.

There’s also no shortage of community events, with one of the most popular being the Suwanee Farmers Market. Every Saturday, beginning in May and running through September, the lawn at Town Center fills with local farmers and food makers selling their wares! It’s a phenomenal place to get delicious jams, homemade bread, the freshest local veggies, and plenty more.
